Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any Cloud Theory products once they have been delivered. This applies to all cleaners, kits, and accessories.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp at +961 81 356 926 within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will replace it at no cost to you.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are handed to our delivery provider. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
