Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across Lebanon. We do not currently ship outside Lebanon.

Delivery cost and time

Standard delivery: $4 flat, anywhere in Lebanon, 3–5 working days.
Express delivery: $6, Beirut addresses only, 1–2 business days.

How we deliver

All orders are delivered through Wakilni. Once your order is handed over, delivery timing is managed by them. 

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and Whish Money, both available at checkout.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with a photo and your order number and we will replace it at no cost.
